On January 14th, most of the west coast of Europe lit up with XXL swell from a large, fast moving North Atlantic storm. One particular Irish slab saw a super session of sorts, and Tom Lowe managed to snag what many call the wave of the day, padding into a mutant on a 9’6″ Chistensen Sicario.
“Ride of my life that one,” he said. “A special day for sure. Epic vibes all around. It was the craziest thing seeing those boils and airdropping while in the pit. That end bowl threw all kinds of shapes.”
