  1. The recipe sounds pretty typical and good… everything nice until you brought in the 5.2 ph stabilizer…. what an abomination of a product. You should not dump a scoop on your mash you should dump the whole tub in the trash can. My suggestion is that you get you water figured out and get a nice profile and measure ph during mash, after boil and post ferment. Other than that nice video. Thanks for sharing.
