  1. DrHans Brewery Can you please tell me how to ferment beer without beer yeast like ancient or in the middle centuries people did before the invention of beer yeast(modern beer yeast)?

  2. I dump my grains back by my woods for the deer but haven’t seen them eating yet. Our deer here in upstate NY must not be as hungry as the Swedish deer!😉

  3. For low alcohol beer decoction mash gives better body, but you seem to get it anyway, and at only 66 degree single temp mash.

Well I was going a littje more to the strong side today. Bottled a doppelbock. The king of lagers. 3 h doubble decoction mash. Large body and high abv. How high I will test tomorrow at work.

  4. Another great video. I liked it so much I smashed the like 3 times since it was annoyingly amusing! Do you think I could do an overnight cold brew of the roasted grains and add to the boil vs. the top mash?

  5. I just added Cocao nibs to my all rounder today and was wondering if adding them under pressure will have a negative effect ? And at what psi? Thank you
