  2. Great video. Found it very informative as I'm thinking of making the leap to all grain. Don't think I'll be able to stretch to the Grainfather so it'll have to be BIAB.

  3. Good video, the M54 yeast does a good job at ale temps. You may like to try the Lutra Kveik for lager type beers which is another clean fermenting yeast but is ready in just a few days. I really should brew another BIAB all griain but its finding the time. Thanks for posting. It will be interesting how this compares to the clone you did using Morgan's Australian Bitter.
