  1. excellent review! perfect mix of background and detailed tasting. I would recommend trying beers from Wicklow wolf brewing (American amber IPA) Galway bay brewing (of foam and fury double IPA) and kinnigar Brewing (they have a lovely "grassy" ipa. I'm an IPA freak if you haddent guessed. if you make it over to Ireland the O'Briens chain of offlicences stock a good wide range of Irish craft beers and would also highly recommend hitting up the salt house pub in Galway city which has a fantastic range of local brews. let me know if there's anything specific you would like to get a hold of and I'll see what I can do. I'm not in the industry but appreciate someone who does a good review!

  2. I think we're up to 63 breweries now, number seems to be growing all the time. You should check out O'Haras Stout aswel, great example of Irish dry stout. Two of my favourite beers right now are Wicklow Wolf- American Amber and Eight Degrees- Full Irish IPA
